1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the amplexoedu.com website and all of its pages. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

The site belongs to Amplexo Educação — AMPLEXO EDUCACAO LTDA, CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 58.706.937/0001-67, headquartered at Rua José Versolato, 111, Bloco B, Sala 3320, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo/SP, CEP 09750-730, Brazil.

3. About the site

The site is informational: it presents Clube Amplexo, our activities, projects and awards, and Jornal Amplexo. It does not sell products or services directly.

Enrollments, classes, mentoring, study platforms and other services are governed by their own contracts and rules, which are provided to families at the time of contracting. In the event of a conflict, those documents prevail over these Terms.

The site is intended for parents and guardians. Children and adolescents should browse it with the supervision of an adult.

4. Permitted use

You may browse, read and share links to the pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• copy, reproduce or redistribute texts, photos, videos and trademarks from the site without written authorization;
• use images of students outside the site, in any medium or context;
• collect data or content by automated means (scraping) for commercial purposes or to train systems;
• attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or that violates the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, videos, logos, the "Amplexo" trademark, the layout and the code of the site belong to Amplexo Educação or are used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Using this site does not transfer any of these rights to you.

Names and trademarks of olympiads, competitions, partners and awards mentioned on the site (for example, Brands For Good) belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify them. The typefaces are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

6. Student images

Student images are published with the authorization of their legal guardians, solely to show the activities of Amplexo Educação. Downloading, editing or republishing them is prohibited. Guardians may request the removal of an image at any time by email at pedagogico@amplexoedu.com.

7. Third-party links and content

The site contains links to and content from other services (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Google Forms, olympiad organizers and partners). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you access them, their own terms apply.

8. Information on the site

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date. Even so, dates, calendars, competition results and schedules may change. Before making an important decision based on the site, please confirm the details with our team.

9. Liability

The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or reasons beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amplexo Educação is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, such as the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, European Union consumer protection rules and the consumer protection laws of the United States and of other South American countries.

10. Privacy and accessibility

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and the published version is the one that applies from that date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you are a consumer (for example, a parent or guardian who engages, or is considering engaging, our services), the courts of your place of domicile and the consumer protection rules of the country where you live that cannot be set aside by contract are always guaranteed to you. In all other cases, the courts of the judicial district of São Bernardo do Campo/SP, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
