1. Our commitment

Educating for good includes making sure that everyone — with or without disabilities, neurotypical or neurodivergent — can get to know Amplexo Educação. We want the site to be usable with a keyboard, screen readers, magnification and any other assistive technology.

2. Reference standards and laws

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, from the W3C, which form the basis of the main laws on the subject:

  • Brazil: the Brazilian Inclusion Law for Persons with Disabilities (Law No. 13,146/2015, art. 63) and the Electronic Government Accessibility Model (eMAG);
  • United States: the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508;
  • European Union: the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the EN 301 549 standard;
  • South America: each country's inclusion laws, such as Argentina's Law No. 26,653, which adopt WCAG as their reference.

3. Current status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The home page, the legal pages and the language selector were developed following these guidelines. Older pages are being reviewed and may have the limitations described in section 5.

4. Site features

  • full keyboard navigation, with visible focus and a link to skip straight to the content;
  • alternative text on images that convey information;
  • headings organized in a hierarchy, to make navigation with screen readers easier;
  • adequate contrast between text and background in the main content;
  • a layout that adapts to phones, tablets and zoom of up to 200% without loss of content;
  • animations automatically reduced when the system is set to "reduce motion";
  • content in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with the language of each page declared in the code for screen readers;
  • YouTube videos loaded only when the person chooses to watch them.

5. Known limitations

  • some older pages have animated visual effects that cannot yet be paused and decorative elements with low contrast;
  • some images containing text (such as posters and certificates) do not yet have a full description;
  • YouTube videos may not have captions in all languages;
  • external forms and documents (Google Forms, Google Drive) and social media are subject to the accessibility provided by those services.

We are working to fix these issues. In the meantime, we can send you any content from the site in another format: just ask.

6. Found a barrier? Let us know

If something on the site is hard to use, tell us. Let us know which page and what problem you found and, if you wish, which assistive technology you use:

  • email: pedagogico@amplexoedu.com (subject "Accessibility");
  • WhatsApp: +55 (11) 91100-9793.

We respond within 5 business days and offer an accessible alternative for the content until the fix is ready.

7. How we assess

This statement was prepared on October 16, 2026, based on a self-assessment: keyboard testing, contrast checks, code review and testing on phones and computers. It will be reviewed whenever the site changes significantly and at least once a year.
